The Brief:

Tap Warehouse had experienced a worrying downturn in organic performance and a 36% drop in visibility, which was impacting revenue.  

Given that organic search had previously been a big driver in conversions, they needed expert help to rectify various technical issues quickly and get KPIs back on track.
